Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TUSG.IO ("we", "us")
collects, uses, and shares information when you play TUSG.io (the "Game"), whether on
our website or embedded on a third-party portal such as CrazyGames.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — if you register an account: your email address, chosen username, and a securely hashed password.
- Anonymous play — if you play without an account, we store a random anonymous identifier on your device to keep your progress and stats.
- Portal identity — if you play via CrazyGames and sign in, we receive a CrazyGames user identifier and display name to create or link your in-game account. We do not receive your CrazyGames password.
- Gameplay data — username, XP, stats, leaderboard placement, inventory, and in-game chat messages.
- Technical data — IP address and basic request data, used for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.
- Purchases — if you buy in-game items, payment is processed by Relevant blockchain, Paypal or Stripe; we receive transaction confirmation but not your full payment-card details.
- Local storage — settings and a session token stored in your browser so you stay signed in and keep your preferences.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate the Game, save progress, and run leaderboards.
- Authenticate accounts and send transactional email (e.g., verification).
- Protect against cheating, fraud, and abuse.
- Process purchases of in-game items.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Game, including: CrazyGames (when you play on their platform; see their privacy policy), our email provider, our payment processor, and our hosting/infrastructure providers. We may disclose information where required by law.
4. Data Retention
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Game. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us at tusg-game(at)proton.me. Guests can delete their anonymous session from the in-game settings.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including password hashing and encrypted transport) to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
