Every player now starts with three skills unlocked at level 1 — no grinding required:
Run — bound to <kbd>Q</kbd>
Single Shot — bound to <kbd>E</kbd>
Mass Eject — bound to <kbd>A</kbd>
Mass Eject Rework
Mass Eject is more reliable and rewarding now. It needs at least 100 mass to fire and always launches a meaningful
shot (10%+ of your mass). A charge that's too short or a cell that's too small no longer wastes your cooldown — you
get a quick hint instead.

Opening the inventory right after Play Again no longer freezes your cell.
This update for TUSG.io focuses on smoother maintenance and clearer in-game communication. Here's what changed in

Scheduled maintenance countdown. When a server shutdown is planned, every player now sees a
live one-hour countdown in-game, so no one is caught off guard.
Maintenance page. While the server is down, visitors get a clean maintenance screen instead of
a broken page or connection error.
Rich-text news and dev blog. News and dev blog posts now support formatted HTML, with safe
rendering across the site, the in-game news panel, and the post dialog.
Stability and security. Hardened how posts are displayed to keep the game fast and safe.

A new patch is live for TUSG.io, the free multiplayer survival .io game. Here's everything that changed.
New Player Experience
- New player tutorial — a quick, skippable guide now greets first-time players before they spawn, covering controls, combat basics, banking, leveling, and the open world.
- Updated the in-game How to Play guide with a new Crafting section and fixed the Items and Resources tabs.
- Resource guide now shows accurate per-area spawn rates, including the new liquid rocks.
Skills & Abilities
- Level up skills and abilities mid-game — no need to return to the menu. Spend Learning Points and Ability Points right from your inventory.
- Added a dedicated Abilities tab to the inventory.
Marketplace & Economy
- Sell consumables on the marketplace — trade potions, foods, and explosives with other players for gold.
- New marketplace categories and filters for Potions, Foods, and Explosives.
- Cleaner marketplace search and full category names for easier browsing.
Account & Quality of Life
- Account creation improvements — password confirmation and a show/hide password toggle.
- Login and register dialogs no longer close by accident when you click outside them.
