These Terms govern your use of the Game, operated by TUSG.IO. By playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to play. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

3. Acceptable Conduct

• No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or interfering with the Game's operation.
• No harassment, hate speech, or unlawful, abusive, or offensive content (including in names and chat).
• No attempts to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual Items & Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items or currency. These have no real-world monetary value, are licensed (not sold) to you for in-Game use, and are non-transferable. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Purchases made through a third-party platform (e.g., CrazyGames) are also subject to that platform's terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game and its content are owned by TUSG.IO and its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

7. Termination

You may stop playing at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or to protect the Game and its players.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of EU, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued play after changes means you accept them.
